VDN - VException thrown but no error message

Obviously kernel_errors.xml and sql_errors.xml are missed or can not be found.
Usually it should be placed into
\Program Files\Paradigma Software\VComponents_Win_VC\vresources\en

I mean, vKernel is looking for  vresources\en\kernel_errors.xml; vresources\en\sql_errors.xml
"en" - for default locale which is presumed to be "english"
