I want underline, it limits deployment of ROAYLTY FREE Filemaker types.
EULA talks about regular ROAYLTY FREE application.

We do not want, that e.g. Microsoft or FileMaker takes Valentina engine for
$300, develop around it MS Access or FileMaker, and start sale its copies
royalty free. Apps that play as direct competitors to Valentina Studio.

This is possible, but should not be royalty free, and covered by separate
agreement.
