AW: VDataBase_IsOpen( gDBRef ) fails

Hi Ruslan,

I tried all kind of typings of
get VDatabase_Diagnose( gDBRef, "Normal")
get VDatabase.Diagnose( gDBRef, "")

but it seems V4REV_3 doesn't knows a diagnose. Is it possible, that it is a
new feature of Version 4 or do I still have a typo?
