v4RB for Windows - now MAC ?

OK slight headway had to write a diagnosis app.

The following work in v3.5.3 but NOT in v4.2
I'm trying to find the vComponents for v3.5.3 to install on the mac and test
again.

I'm just not sure why this is so hard.

I don't know how to distribute a working app 
(developed on Windows using RB and Valentina 3.5.3)
for MAC users.

Do I have to compile my app in RB on a MAC?
Then distribute?

I need specific instructions from someone who knows how to do this.
Or a decent web page with instructions.

Could anyone give a decent verbose answer I can follow?

If someone could tell me how to do it I will create a 
step-by-step web page and share like I've done previously.

I can't tell you how frustration this is trying to piece this together.
