v4RB for Windows - now MAC ?

I'm just not sure why this is so hard.

I don't know how to distribute a working app 
(developed on Windows using RB and Valentina 3.5.3)
for MAC users.

Do I have to compile my app in RB on a MAC?
Then distribute?

I need specific instructions from someone who knows how to do this.
Or a decent web page with instructions.

Could anyone give a decent verbose answer I can follow?

If someone could tell me how to do it I will create a 
step-by-step web page and share like I've done previously.

I can't tell you how frustration this is trying to piece this together.
