V4MD: Multiple opened Projector edit the same local db -> is that safe?

Aha, I think I see why.

About 2 months ago Ivan have implement for Windows that in this case SECOND
user get db opened in ReadOnly mode.

It seems Vdatabase class have IsReadOnly property.
    although this is not strict.
    may be db is really a read only files.


May be better go with VSERVER?
