When you think of an app to access the data in the Valentina files,
then VStudio would be a good choice to start.

VStudio is NOT a RAD tool, even though it's named "Studio". Of course
you can do a specific kind of coding in general sense, e.g. you can
write you sql-code and stored procedures, define you schema or views,
enter and manipulate data, ... and many more database task.
Are you sure, you understand what databases are by definition and how
to work with SQL-databases? If not you should start learning some
terms and definitions and try to get behind them, before start
searching your pictures.
