Links and additional functionality

Hello,

so I'm a brave guy and reading through all the articles about
different styles of links and I must admit I like them.

Especially when thinking about M:M-Links I missed a feature when
reading through the docs, specifying a table for usage as "link"-
table in background to store properties (in sense of OO properties
and not of table properties if the new V3.5!) that need to be
associated with this LINK, perhaps not a good description, but let me
try to give some samples:

* Company <> Staff ( in this case a "Staff" member as a person can
work for several companies): direct phone, or "business" email, room
number, department, ...

* Contact (addressee) <> Document: the actual used address (for
documentation if something changed), delivery type, personal
greetings, ...

* Article (as Main article) <> Article (as Sub article): used
quantity, quantity is absolute, print child, ...

When checking my current DBs ALL "main" or "business" required M:M-
links have such extended properties, this may be, because I use this
concept for a long time, but obviously they are "required".

Of course I can create a table and then search for a pair of keys,
but then I didn't need to use any Valentina link logic at all.

regards
