Hello Kirill,

Well, I tried this steps and installed the 4.1.0 package you named 
above, now VSERVER RUNS!!! :D

I also linked my 4.0.2 *.so properly, I did'nt forget that :)
It seems that 4.0.2 is not enough, you need 4.1.0.

I got my 4.0.2 package named libstdc++-mainline-4.0.2_20050720-0.1.i586.rpm
from 
http://www.gtlib.gatech.edu/pub/suse/projects/gcc/GCC4.0.x-Test/9.3-i386/
