In fact there is no any activation.

You simply do as usually

    Valentina.Init( cacheSize, serialMac, serialWin, serialLin )


Just serial now has encoded Name of user, and date when serial was
generated.

Assume at 1 Nov 2007 we ship Valentina 4.0, everybody who have serials
produced 
       from 1 Nov 2006 to 30 Oct 2007

can use 4.0 because engine will accept it.
