Kirill have not reproduce this on his computer.
Today I have try on my windows, also works without problems.

Yes, run, drag text file, I see text, do Exit -> no crash in your project.


So it seems problem is related to your windows computer.
May be try delete 
    /Program Files/Paradigma/VComponents
    /REALbasic/plugins/V4RB.rbx
    /V4RB_2 

And reinstall 2.5.4 to your windows.
