V4MD corrupt database?

* Some BLOB have become broken.
It somehow point to segment 88 while only 30 segments present

* Did you DELETE any records or only ADD them?
    do you do Flush after Add/Delete ?

* you have work with this db only from your V4MD app?
    not from Vstudio?

* To try fix this db please try clone it.
