V4MD corrupt database?

Hi,

I recently upgraded to v2 and am using it with Director MX 2004 and V Studio. 
Everything was going fine, I put about 30 records into my simple db, including 
text, integers, varchars, and blobs (holding Director #text members). It was 
working fine until for no apparent reason I started getting errors whenever I 
attempt to open the table.

In Director:

Database error number: 628011
Segment "88" is wrong. The last segment is "30".

the SQL was:
SELECT *, recid FROM main WHERE item_num = 1

using:
cursor = pDB.SqlSelect(sql, #kServerSide, #kReadWrite, #kRandom )
----
in vstudio
data browser for table "main":

An unhandled exception occurred. Press "Abort" to terminate the program, "Retry" 
to exit the program normally and "Ignore" to try to continue.
