issue, or you need help from us.

Even if you need help -- you MUST provide help TO US.
    you MUST tell us OS version, product version, conditions and so on,
    Mantis - is tool for this.
    Mantis will ASK you correct questions we want know answers.

Mantis allow do CLEAN vision of SPECIIFC problem, which is not wrapped by
tons of other emails.

And so on and so on.
