[FAQ] Why I should report issues to Mantis?

One more:

* this list is constantly monitoring mainly by me.
    Other team developers, often read may be subjects only.

When you report issue into Mantis, then ALL team developers start to see
it in RED COLOR this issue EACH MORNING. It just jumps into our eyes every
morning.
