VXCMD ver 1.X problems and support

Ruslan,

Upgraded OSX 10.1.5 to 10.2. Confirm that VXCMD 1.11 + MetaCard 2.6.2
(Macho) open successfully.

As far as I can see there is no option but to use 10.2+.
