Hmm, we do not have such feature...

In theory it is possible -- we have VSDK.dll in VComponents

But how todo this nice? May be

    Convert_1_2( ... , MinAllowedVersions )

May be you can find some other way ?

Oh, in fact you can self read header of 1.x vdb file to recognize version
