REVOLUTION - trouble with pictures. Help please.

Then it sounds just like a screen bitmap,
    i.e. DIB for window
    and PICT for MAC

Actually all other IDEs do the same: RB, Director, ..

I still do not see 

* why you think we need this text

* if data are in bitmap, then how it can be jpg or png
