Agreed on all points. I wasn't trying to imply otherwise.

Actually, once we have UTF8, I imagine the files will take something much
less than 60 GB. Ruslan, any estimate on when that will happen?

In the meantime, I was notified that the compression bug was fixed. That
should help a lot too.
