V4RB, XML LoadDump on Windows

Hi Guys,

I check now Deane report, and I also cannot LoadDump xml file on Windows,
Error 19.

Strange.

Anybody can confirm that he also have problems with this operation on WIN?
RB 5, V4RB 1.10

Erne, it seems you have utility which do dump/load.
Can you run it on windows?
