Strategy for Valentina Deployment

This will work in V4RB 2.0.

In V4RB 2.0 we will have actually just ONE V4RB plugin
Linked to 2 DLLs 

    V4RB    +   Valentina_Local.dll
            +   Valentina_Client.dll
