Problems with latest V4RB 1.9.8

First of all, there was report that if you work with local db, then
kV_client glitches, you need use kV_Server for local db.

This is not possible. How do you think I can build such version.

I think that IF you will use this combination in all your Selects
Then you will not have problems

    kV_Server, kV_NoLocks, kV_Random
