First of all, since you want distribute to many users you need VDN
membership.

Of course no. CD is not related to connection.

In your case you need purchase just VDN membership.
And this give you ability distribute ANY number of copies of your app that
have 5 connections with no fees.

You will need actually 2 connections.
So you will not need to buy anything else.

Again, in your case, you pay just for VDN membership, and start distribute
your app as many copies as you want.
