Five typically unassociated developers could form an entity, join VDN,
get some extra seats and have their connections owned by the formed
entity, then part them out to various projects that are under the
umbrella of the entity.

Robert, Keith, and Charles could form RKC Company, have RKC Company join
VDN, pay for the extra seats (the base subscription is for a single
developer seat, but extra seats will be very low cost to add), and then,
pooling their money in RKC Company, buy a lot of connections at once,
and sell their products as RKC Company. That would be the extent of it.
