[bug found] encryption of indexes

Peter and Peter,

It seems I see where is problem with indexes.

IF index is CREATED (e.g. By SetFlags(fIndexed) )
But the encrypted field already exists,
Index do not check if it must be encrypted.

If encryption as assigned when both field and index exists,
Then all right.

Okay, I need add to index this logic.

Will work on it today.
