sorting by various languages

What you mean how?

I use in Valentina SYSTEM calls to do International sort according to
specified language. So you need search Apple docs. But they just say: We
sort it.

What languages are not supported?

In fact all languages are supported, IF Apple and MS support then in MacOS
and Windows. 

You should note, that on MacOS are not installed on default all 200
languages. So you cannot have in db all 200 languages at the same time., at
least until you install them on computer.

Windows looks to have all languages always..I am not sure.
