This is exactly what the leftmost popup menu in my last posting is used 
for!
You can easily select "Show all" - then you will see of course ALL 
datasources
distinguished by different icons!
So - with this setting you don't have to select a datasource type first!

Well - this is a question of allowing multiple selections - frankly 
saying i don#t see much sense in it because
for comparising issues you can easy open another browser!
