[ANN] 5.5b10 uploaded for MAC and WIN

OK - the problem was not with V4REV. It has something to do with the
vServer install.  If I remove the VServer_64 folder and do a fresh install
it only installs:

dummy.pem
key.pem
licenses
start_me.sh
stop_me.sh

It does not install:
vserver_x64.app
vserver_x64.ini
vlogs
projects

I tried fixing permissions. For some reason this new iMac will not allow
vServer to install.
