URGENT - "please help" Setting date format in Livecode

I set (like always) date format in Livecode and logs show:

VDatabase_DateFormat...
PARAM: dbRef = "212079776"
PARAM: inEnumDateFormat = "kYMD"
return
VDatabase_DateSep...
PARAM: dbRef = "212079776"
PARAM: inStrValue = "-"
return

But when adding record like this:

'28319',false,false,false,true,false,true,false, 'Same as
Consignee','','','', '','','','065',NULL,'S1335','','2013-09-05','' )"

We get error as if the date format is invalid.

ERROR: 0x62501 Date value "2013-09-05" is invalid. Illegal symbol at "3"
position.
