[ANN] V4RB WIN 2.2 b2 uploaded

Oops sorry I made a mistake here. Convert_v1_v2 no longer works. The  
app crashes with no exception as soon as I try to run the  
Convert_v1_v2 function. I don't get anything in RB debugger nor  
Valentina log. It just crashes silently.

What takes 20s is a little schema conversion opening a v2 file, not a  
conversion from v1 to v2.
