[ANN] Release 5.5.5 files ready for testing

Hi Guys,

Here are files of 5.5.5 release.
I would like ask you test them.

Especially should be happy test them developers on windows.
Because for windows was two major fixes in 5.5.4.
  vresources works again strings of errors
  vserver - was trouble with reports in some cases.


If no troubles, then these files will go to public FTP area as 5.5.5 release
in about 24-36 hours.
