Guten Tag Beatrix,
For a customer, I have included the Server installer in Installer Maker. I have written a simple LiveCode script that starts the installer automatically, after all other installs have completed. Instead of a LiveCode script, you can also use VBScript or AppleScript. You can also run applications from within Installer Maker.
