Does 4.8.1 works with Xojo?

Xojo will work with the old plugin format, but that doesn't necessarily
mean that they are compatible. You can test it yourself since Xojo is free
to use for running/debugging in the IDE, and it can be installed on your
machine without affecting the RS install.
