ConnectionID question

Hello Ruslan,

When a client connect to the server, we can get its ConnectionID. Is it a
complete random number ? Has it a minimum and maximum ?

I want to rely on it to have a number unique to the client, but I need a
number not greater than 20. If I know that this number is between, for
example, 15 and 35, I could use a modulo function to meet my needs.

Can you say me more on this subject.
