Using Valentina Time type fields

I think KEY to problem is here.

Then I wonder, how SQLite will dump into text file, value as
     07:16:42  
?

it should format into 07:00:00  ?
May be this do not Lite, but some code of your prev app ?

Or its vstudio shows ??  Then how it knows ?
