Having this as part of the server would surely be convenient and 
those steps is what you, Ruslan, recommend for fixing database 
corruption not only on the server. Doing these steps on a local 
computer is not a big deal, and actually require fewer steps. Not 
everybody using a server is fluent with server environment, which is 
often different from the desktop system they use. Many people operate 
servers from far away. Of course, I can see why you hesitate to 
implement such a command, having to support multiple systems.
