Using livecode-server I believe the answer would be to use odbc for
valentina as the middleman. After poking around a bit, I'm not sure there
is an easy way to get the v4rev external to work with livecode-server even
on a windows based server.
valentina used to be part of the revdb external (IDE) but seems to have
disappeared despite still appearing as an option in the documentation. I'll
post a comment to revopendatabase to note that if there isn't an entry
already. Best and speediest option would be to figure out a way to use
v4rev with livecode-server but another option could be to add a layer
between your web scripts and the database. If you own the valentina adk+
could build a standalone app and have it handle the transactions passing
the data in and out, but at that point.. you might as well use odbc.
Not sure if there is a cost involved but you can find the odbc for
valentina download link here.
