Dump/Load Dump -- DateTime format is NOT stored in DB files on disk.

Again: I did this. Before with V4RB 4.9 and now with 5. With 4.9 this worked and with 5 this doesn't work.

I had to set the DateFormat to 0 to get this to work. This is NOT the german date format that I use on my computer.
