vServer won't start every time. Urgent please help

Vserver anyway is ANOTHER application William.

And normal usage is

* your e.g. DVD installs ONE vserver to some central computer

* and your DVD installs N copies of YOUR app to few computers around (e.g.
Class-room or office).
