Yes, triggers for Binary Links have sense from this point of view.

Trigger on INSERT, ON DELETE ...
    there is no update currently

Theoretical issue here:
    if we make triggers for BinaryLink,
    then why no triggers for ObjectPtr Links, FK-links ...

It needs to think about all links in general way.
