Currently we are triggerring tables and views only with a different kind 
of triggers (see wiki for details).
But initially we were planning to extend it. And BinaryLink is a great 
choice to be the first in extended triggered set of object.
Please put it to the Mantis as a vKernel feature request.
Also, can you describe a bit more how would you use such a feature?
