Download "Valentina FREE Server" not working?

I'm having troubles getting the "Valentina FREE Server for Linux" to
work.  The download is containing broken symlinks:

    $ tar -tvzf vserver_free_4_lin.tar.gz VPHP/php53_valentina_free.so VRUBY/valentina.so

How can I get the Valentina FREE Server download to work on Linux?
