SV: Required DLL files

Ruslan et all,

Thanks for the info. Initially I wasn't were of that VDB requires more system files
then the ones that are mentioned in the wiki documents. That's why I raised the
question.

That dlls are used by vKernel.dll. (You may easily see dependent components via
Depends.exe). So I guess you are about - why we need to have it in the same folder.
Well, it seems to be just most common and dll-hell proof solution. But it is not a
single way of course.
