Currently there is no such SQL syntax.
Using vStudio you can turn on tune info and run the query as usual. You 
will get a result and some sort of profiling info in the output window. 
Also you can set "tune on" via SQL

SET  PROPERTYTuneModeTO  TRUE

to get such info logged in the file (something like 
Tunes_20101223_113551.log)
