[V4MD] vcursor.importText and vcursor.exportText don't work

Hi,

1) vcursor.exportText ignores the file path.

Sometimes it exports in the current director movie folder  
(_movie.path), sometimes in the previous director movie folder (and  
the Logs too).

2) vcursor.importText doesn't import anything.

3) Example "API_way/Import_Export/Import_Export.dir" doesn't work.
