Error 32 and error 5 on windows, this are SYSTEM level code.

Not windows, not MAC OS, do not give us API to get textual description of
that errors.


As far as I know, you can only find them in some MS WIN docs.
E.g. In Visual Studio, exists small utility Error Lookup
Where you can enter code and see description.

I think online this can be found also..
