DB open in readonly-mode?

Hi,

I'm also dealing with databases which are stored in folders, where users have 
readonly-access only.

Vnet just crashes with vexeption 5, when I try to open these vdbs.

How can I open a database in readonly mode in folders, where users dont have 
write-access?

Vnet+Windows xp, vista, 7
