This folders in /winsxs/ are such RUNTIME folders from Microsoft for
different versions of Visual Studio and products built with its help.

* who installs this folders into /winsxs/ ?
I don't know exactly, but we guess

    a) MS Office
    b) MS IE
    c) Visual Studio
    D) may be Service Packs.


* in fact we do not understand why miss of this folder cause problems. By
idea (as described in MS docs), should be used folder
        Microsoft.VC80.CRT

To get absolutely standalone independent product ...
