In fact we did not add method as
    IsSerialValid()

Because we know that this is security whole.
When hacker by brutal force get serial.


2) 

I believe you can login on our site,
Then go to SUPPORT -> MY account

And here present some actions you can do.
E.g. Resend letter with your serials to self.

And see list of orders. Then it is possible to understand if serials of an
order are expired, because they are valid during 1 year after order.
