I think you mean Warning...log files?
Those tables are system ones which are used for vServer scheduler.
Did you configure any event for vServer?
Or you perform SHOW PROPERTIES OF DATABASE command (which is trying to
get events info for db if possible).
But it must not be thousands of files - vServer creates a Warning file
on demand on its start only.
